I Fell Strait Backwards While Standing In Hit My Head

i fell strait backwards while standing in hit my head on hardwood floor I was very nauseas knock out for about fifteen mts very confused when I came to ambulance took me to hospital continued to vomit for some time had a ct scan of head and had a concussion how long does it take to get over this this is not my first time falling
