I Felt Pain & Discomfort In My Right Ear So

i felt pain & discomfort in my right ear so has a friend look & a foreign body or white puss was seen attached to the inner wall so we wanted to get it out so w/ a tweezers she reached in but made me jump upon contact cuz so tender...needless to say im bleeding from ruptured eardrum (i believe) & the thing is still in there! Other than telling me to go to the Doctor or ER...what should i do?
