I Found A Small Quater Size Bump On My Labia

i found a small quater size bump on my labia majora but its underneath my skin, its painless but a little sore when i put pressure to feel for it. i visited my obgyn and he said my cervix was inflammed a lil and it an infection could be causing both symptoms.. im not to sure what it could be
