I Found What I Thought Was A New Brown Skin

i found what i thought was a new brown skin tag on my calf.i removed it with moderate difficulty and i thought i would bleed at the site but no blood than i tried to examine it and i saw little hair like legs. it was the size of 1/8th of an inch. i have not traveled or slept anywhere else in over one year. i have excellent body hygiene. is this a bed bug?
