I Frequently Have The Feeling I Have To Urinate Badly,but

i frequently have the feeling i have to urinate badly,but when i try to go it is difficult,and often i cannot go,unless i sit down and if i do go it takes a long time and comes out very slowly,and i feel as though i still have to go.i wake often in the night but cannot usually urinate for several min. and it is sometimes painful.
