I Generally Have Chronic Constipation But For The Last Three

i generally have chronic constipation but for the last three days I have had severe stomach pain, the feeling that i need to throw up but cant, pain under the lower right side of my rib cage. This started on saturday when for no reason I can think of I felt as though I had been kicked in the groin
