i get a lot of cramps and charlie horses- in legs, neck arms pecially at the end of a day, im on my feet all da. i have 2 paltes n 8 screw in neck, deg disc in low back, diabetes 2, stage 3 colon rectal cancer survivor, i take oxy for pain, benicar crestor, amalodipine, lantus, novalog, advair n emrgency inhaler when needed, the cramps are everyday.
