I Get A Pain In My Right Side Just Below

i get a pain in my right side just below my ribs (waist level) when either my clothing is somewhat snug or anytime otherwise. Its hard to describe. I do not think its appendicitis because I feel it would of been a sooner problem. I sorta burns or feels really irritated. I had kidney stones years ago,,,but that was in my right back side. Any other suggestions with what it may be?
