I Get Heavy Chest Pain With Waves Of Pain Shooting

i get heavy chest pain with waves of pain shooting into both arms.I have full dexterity in both hands and my pupils dilate evenly. it lasts up to 45 minutes but goes away if I can get myself to belch or burp which is very difficult to do without bringing up stomach contents. My question is will anti gas pills such as simethicone help even though it is not my stomach?
