I Got Bit Or Stung By What I Think Was

i got bit or stung by what i think was a black bee or wasp and my arm tingles a lil and within 20 minutes i popped the bit, some thick yellow pus came out but now its a little red and has a slight burning sensation when i scratch it, i also heard there are brown rucluses out here what should i do i dont have money for another hospital bill can i give it a day and wait??
