I Got Hit In My Mouth And My Tooth Cut

i got hit in my mouth and my tooth cut my lip inside my mouth and there is a flesh hanging off its not realy big but big enough, it looks like the flesh is still healthy and a good bit of it is still atached, i was wondering will i cut it off or leave it becouse it keeps hanging off every time i open my mouth?
