I Got Hit In The Eyebrow Bone About 9 Hours

i got hit in the eyebrow bone about 9 hours ago with a solid wood door. my eyebrow bone has a slit above on the skin and had bled a lot at first. I washed my face off earlier and it was a deep gash but not big. So I went on with my day. It bled on and off through out today. I laid down with my son tonight, and my eye and head are throbbing I have not felt like this all day. My eye is foggy and there is a lot of pressure in my head and face where I was hit. Why now does it hurt so bad?
