I Got Hit In The Leg Just Below The Knee

i got hit in the leg just below the knee with a softball three weeks ago it swelled to the size of a baseball then went down to a normal size knot(silver dollar) but has been that size for three weeks. My leg is tinder to the touch. Should I be concerned.
