I Got Hit In The Throat/chin. While Building My Patio,

i got hit in the throat/chin. While building my patio, a metal beam i was supporting on my shoulder was dropped and it recoiled upwards hitting my chin/throat before i dropped it to the floor.

i feel fine, my teeth on the side I was hit are tender as I think they took the brunt of the force. i have no pain or tenderness but I am wondering if I should still go to hospital to be checked over.
