I Got Ichguard On Left Arm Since Last 5 Years

i got ichguard on left arm since last 5 years i used ointments Viz clotrimazole ,keto zole, &clobetasolnother combination ointment, candid powder also but so far cure but in the same it is not spreading. please give me good sugestion for treatment -------further i am not having sugar or BP or thiroid or any diesease now i am perfect health & hard worker ,,i am a retired Govt officer in T S now my age is 61 years.
