I Got Married In The Month Jan 2015,was Pregnant Immediately

i got married in the month jan 2015,was pregnant immediately .we dint expect that so i took mtp pill
i was 62 kgs during that time period.. now am 76kgs ...so was dipressed and took slimtrim tablets of 120 mg for 15 day morning and evening ...now this moth my cycle was delayed by 9 days ...heavy flow and stomach ache ...why did this happen
