I Got My Un Vaccinated Kittens Fixed On Monday And

i got my un vaccinated kittens fixed on monday and all of them are fine accept yesterday one of them began to throw up a foamy material and now she isn't eating or drinking on her own,, and she is dehydrated, so we have been giving her pedylite and feeding her a mixute of wet food and pedeolite, and so far today she hasn't puked at all she has no swelling, she is a little warmer than usual but not hot, we cannot afford a vet, or to do a care program for said vet, should i keep doing this and see if she gets better in a few days?
