I Got Sick For Two Days And My Right Foot

i got sick for two days and my right foot swelled. but i elevated my foot and went to bed. the next morning the swelling went down and i was sick for 2 days. my husband got sick and went to the doctor and has pneumonia and bronchitis. I've felt well after 2 days, and he has stayed sick for a week before going to the er but now, he has an inhaler and antibiotics. today is a week and 2 days since i got sick and felt better but now i have a bloody urine color and yellow diarhhea that falls out if i try to pass air. there is no pain..can it be related to my initial sickness or do you think he passed bronchitis to me..should i be concerned--i began to push water more..still no pain.
