I Got Sneeze Running Nose Every Morning Until 10am It

i got sneeze running nose every morning until 10am it gone for a year and i did not treat it but since last week my eyes so itchy and sneeze running nose for all night all day . please let me know what is wrong? i ate a lot of melon and cucumber and i search online said cucumber and melon can cause allergy i stopped eat but the allergy still.
