I Got Unwanted Hair On My Face Because I Used

i got unwanted hair on my face because I used 3 tubes of skin lite in 3 months 2years ago..i stopped using since then..but I have excess pigmentation on my cheeks plus acne ..dermatologist gave me skinlite again.. shall I use it or not ..and wht abt my excess facial hair ..why is it not going even though I stopped using skin lite for 2years
