I Had 18 Teeth Pulled 2 Days Ago, Went Yesterday

i had 18 teeth pulled 2 days ago, went yesterday for 24 hour check up, different dentist could not take plates out for being to sore. Told me to make appt, Monday to Dr carman, Dentist who pulled all my Teeth, I went home and called offfice talked to
receptionist to make appointment with Dr Greg Carman, DMD, she told me Dr. is off until Wed. Made Appointment, Wed. 8/26/2015. I took Dentures out today Sunday the 23rd. and noticed white stuff around front tooth socket #8, and 6 other teeth whith puffy stuff, what shouls I* do. Teeth are very sore!
