I Had 2 Surgeries For Beheaded Humorous Bone, Then After

i had 2 surgeries for beheaded humorous bone, then after 1 year screw backed out of titanium plate into my arm (left). surgery again to remove and replace total titanium apparatus. 11 weeks ago, i'm 68. pain started to be severe again this week. xray showed no screws had moved and finally with bone regrowth stimulator, some regrowth. i am on phenitnal patch 25mg. now excrutiating pain and arm seems to have frozen up.
