I Had A Bad Bruise On My Leg And I

i had a bad bruise on my leg and i noticed an itchy lump under it, the bruise has now been gone for a few days but the lump is still there and very itchy. ive been scratching at it so much i have tiny scabs over it. is this something i should be worried about, or is it normal to get itchy lumps under bruises?
