I Had A Brief 2 Min Episode Yesterday Morning Of

i had a brief 2 min episode yesterday morning of tachycardia, (never had anything like it before), heart racing super fast. then i felt ok the rest of the day. but today, the day after, i feel weak in my muscles and a strange slight tightness in the front of of head, and very tired. is it normal to feel this way, a day after such an episode. should i be worried?
