I Had A C Section 3 Weeks Ago And After

i had a c section 3 weeks ago and after jumping out of bed mid sleep I've been having an intense sharp pulling pain just under and to the right of my belly button, everywhere else after the section feels good, bleeding stepped up a it to after I did this, I'm concerned I've burst my stitches as it's not getting better
