i had a car wreck three weeks ago. i have a knot on the back of my head and when i touch it i get a numb feeling. it also has a stinging pain. i have had ct scans done and they are clear. there is no bruise, just a knot. it feels like a hornet is repeatedly stinging my head, should i be concerned
