I Had A Complete Rupture Of My Rotator Cuff Nov.

i had a complete rupture of my rotator cuff Nov. 2014...i am in need of a reverse shoulder replacement at this time, but due to delays in scheduling pre op testing and things i am still waiting for the reverse shoulder replacement surgery to be done..right now the earliest to be done looks like mid september 2015..for the first 4 months or so i had brachiel pleuropathy..and the one saving grace was the nerves didnt actually tear only the sheath which has been repairing itself..all of this has been very painful and lately may pain has been worsening ..alot..especially around my lower rib area.front and back...around the whole shoulder neck area..especially the more i try and use my arm. I was told that it is possible to wait too long and then the surgery cannot be done. What could be some signs or symptoms of this approaching?
