I Had A Fibroids Surgery In April But My Doctor

i had a fibroids surgery in april but my doctor didnt see fibrods but when i did my pelvic ultrasound it came back i had two one was 3cm n the other one was 4 cm but when i had my mycemoty on aprol 27 he didnt see nothing..n it had me hurting very bad n my cycle came on early n i went too a different er room n they didnt see no fibrods but on friday june5 i started too bleed n hurt n now on today i use the bathroom i dont see no blood when i usually stay on for atleast 6 days can you tell me whats happening with my body
