I Had A Head Surgery 6 Years Go And Recently

i had a head surgery 6 years go and recently i have felt pain at the back of my neck and my shoulders. also when i lay down at night i cant sleep on my right side because my ear gets hot and i just feel my blood pump. its been happening for two weeks now. what can i do?
