I Had A Heart Pacemaker Installed A Week Ago And

i had a heart pacemaker installed a week ago and do take a blood thinner. Can I take Mylanta for my up set stomach because of acid pain ? I have seen doctors
for my pacemaker but not for my stomach discomfort and acid upset that has happen only the last 3 to 4 days.
