I Had A Hysterectomy 5 Years Ago. I Only Have

i had a hysterectomy 5 years ago. I only have my left ovary .. recently I have been having a lot of left hip pain and pelvic pain. I had an mri and the results showed trochanteric bursitis. but what was alarming its it says incidental finding of what is probably a bicornuate uterus and there is a benign appearing left ovarian cyst measuring 2.7-2.6-2.0.. . But again I had a hysterectomy so what is he actually seeing???
