I Had A Hysterectomy In Dec 2013...i Have Had Light

i had a hysterectomy in dec 2013...i have had light pink bleeding on occasion..never enough to stain my underwear but on tp...it occurs usually after sex...also i keep having blood in my urine and high white or red blood cells in the urine as if i have an infection....i have had nitrate, antibotics, granulation, checked, urine checked. all neg...i dont know what to do next
