I Had A Middle Ear Infection For A Few Months...back

i had a middle ear infection for a few months...back and forth between the doctors. i actually went to the ER i was in such pain. Ears hurt neck was stiff had headache nose hurt and would go numb, sholder blade hurt so bad was causing my arm to go numb hurts when i sneeze, yawn or hiccup. they didn't see an infection and told me to go to an ENT. When to ent and said I have TMJ. i understand that making my ears hurt by why my nose? or why when i yawn or hiccup i get immense pain?
