I Had A Paronychia On My Left Pointer Finger. I

i had a paronychia on my left pointer finger. i popped it this morning using a needle that i sterilized. i tried squeezing out the puss and a lot came out but there is still a lot more, mixed with blood i think since it is color brown - red. Also tried to get the remaining puss out using a syringe but to no avail. How do i get the rest of the blood and puss out?
