I Had A Small Swell/lump 3 Weeks Ago. I Thought

i had a small swell/lump 3 weeks ago. i thought it was a pimple so i just ignored it.
Then, 3 days ago my menstruation started. Just now, while i was taking a bath, I felt the small swell grew big. at the topmost part pus came out while i was washing it with soap. what could it be? is it STD?
