I Had A Sonogram On My Testicles,for Apain On My

i had a sonogram on my testicles,for apain on my left nut.10 yrs ago ,they gave me antibiotics for a twisted vein,,iwas ejaculating blood.. ihad another sonogram recently for now more pain,,felt like aweird lump on the same nut,,they said it was scar tissue,,or a calcium deposit or something like that,,,didnt seem to concerned...the pain has gotten really bad and feels like asmall rock is their and actually moves around,,and is very,very,very painful ,and sensitive to touch,,,what should i do,? please,
