I Had A Tonsillectomy One Week Ago Tomorrow. A Few

i had a tonsillectomy one week ago tomorrow. a few hours ago i noticed a small blood blister like dot on my left removed tonsil bed, above the white scabbing. it doesn't looks like its going to bleed but I'm terrified its going to pop in my sleep. I'm very hydrated and can swallow enough to stay hydrated. is this something i should call my doctor about or will it resolve itself?
