I Had A Total Hysterectomy 8 Weeks Ago. It Was

i had a total hysterectomy 8 weeks ago. It was done robotic and no complications. sorry if i get inappropriate but last night my husband and i had intercourse for the first time. The Dr said i can return to normal activities but now i am bleeding for the last 12 hrs. Is this normal? it looks like i have my period. what should i do? should i be concerned?
