I Had A Uti 2 Weeks Back, After The Culture

i had a uti 2 weeks back, after the culture reports came back, the doctor prescribed amikacin 500 mg, iv antibiotic injections , once a day, for 5 days, since the bacteria was resistant to pretty much every antibiotic, the uti is gone, there is no burning, or pain , or frequency, however i am facing difficulty in sexual intercourse, i have a feeling of vaginal burning only during sex, is it an infection? there is no abnormal discharge or anything.
