I Had Ablation, Tubes Tied And Bladder Sling In 6

i had ablation, tubes tied and bladder sling in 6 years ago. I had a period for a year and then it suddenly stopped. Two months ago I had two days of brown spotting. I have had period type cramps for over a week. After orgasm cramps occurred a little stronger for about 15mins. I have been having normal discharge since the brown spotting. What could this be caused by?
