I Had Afib For A While It Got So Bad

i had afib for a while it got so bad i went to er had bp of 209/155 they gave 10 kinds of medicine but could weed cause that because i had a stent for 12 years it was stopped up 75 percent block they gave another in same place so i want to know if weed could cause that
