I Had An Ulnar Shortening Surgery Last Yr In Sept.

i had an ulnar shortening surgery last yr in sept. had no post surgical issues and the bone healed well. the plate and screws on the ulna were removed two weeks ago. what is the risk of a fracture at this point and could I safely do, for example controlled pushups at this point or is the risk of a fracture too great
