I Had Been Detected With Pcos In December 2015 But

i had been detected with pcos in december 2015 but my doctor did not prescribe any medication for it .Then my AMH was 10 which has now increased to 16 and my weight has also gone up by 7 kgs. In total my weight is excess of 17 kgs than the ideal weight and im unable to conceive . My present doctor has prescribed me oosure plus and folic acid tablets with direction to change lifestyle and loose weight . I have been married for 5.4 yrs and want to conceive at the earliest. I have had a history of induced twin abortion in my second month in 2013 due to misguidance by that female doctor. My thyroid and diabetes report are normal ,only AMH is 16.now i want further guidance on how to deal with pcos and conceive faster.
