I Had Blood Drawn In My Left Antecubital Area 2

i had blood drawn in my left antecubital area 2 weeks ago, from that site, i had a large bruise red and purple for about a week and half, now i noticed there is a circular rash, very itchy at the site where i had the blood drawn from, what could it be, looks somewhat like a heat rash at the exact blood drawn spot.
