i had bnp and bmp w eGFR labs drawn yesterday...results posted today are "Glomerular Filtration rate of 54"

The cardiologist has diag. me as cardiomyopathy dilated that is not related to CAD. Ct angiogram shows I am clear. Left ventricular systolic function and wall motion demonstrates global hypokinesis w/ejection fraction of 35%.

Will I need lasik?
