I Had Bronchitis 3 Weeks Ago. After Finishing The Antibiotics

i had bronchitis 3 weeks ago. after finishing the antibiotics i felt ok, not great for about a week. then a week ago i started coughing again, pain in my back in my lungs area and when i cough it tastes metallic like or like blood. i am cold all the time since this began.
