I Had Emergency Surgery At The Begining Of June 2015

i had emergency surgery at the begining of june 2015 to have my gallblder removed. within the last 2 days i have a huge bruise where one of the incisions was made, i was told i had the gallstones for a long time since they had become mud and started to seep into my liver and bile duct,,, should i be worried about the new bruising?
