I Had Experienced A Toothache About 3 Weeks Ago And

i had experienced a toothache about 3 weeks ago and was prescribed an antibiotic clyindimiacyn? to take 3 times daily for 10 days.this cleared up but since then i caught a cold,now i seem to be having propblems with going to the bathroom i have not been able to have a bowel movemnet and what little does come out has a fowl fish oder and some sort of mucus,this has been happening for the last 4 days,can you tell me what i need to do?thank you
