I Had Fall From The Swing Which Is At And

i had fall from the swing which is at and resulted in spinal compression fracture at d12.i had MRI scan based on doctors suggestion and he suggested for 6 weeks of complete bed rest.I am working in private company i would like to know come back on working for long hours since my industry demand for the same.i have completed 4 weeks now and still have pain while i walk for few minutes with or without spinal brace. Please suggest any modes of faster recovery.how long will it take to get completely releived from pain.
