I Had Haemorrhoidectomy Last 2 Weeks Back. Had A Painful

i had haemorrhoidectomy last 2 weeks back. Had a painful first week. The second week was ok. I suffered from severe stomach cramps and passed stools every five mins. So advised me to stop my creamaffin and put me on Econorm for five days. The five days went well and this is the third week. The second week my BMs are normal and twice a day. Yesterday i had my BM at 12 in the noon. But today i feel the urge to go, when i go and sit in the toilet. A big gas and no BM. Am i constipated? Can i take my creamaffin? Please kindly suggest.
